What Does the ORPIB Foundation Do?
The ORPIB Foundation is excited to be in the midst of our first year as a fully funded, fully operational entity. Formed in 2023 out of the ORPIB Chamber of Commerce, this 501(c)3 nonprofit exists to promote growth and sustainability for the LGBTQ+ business community in Oregon and SW Washington.
Support and Be Supported: Join the ORPIB Foundation Mentorship Program
The ORPIB Foundation is thrilled about the success of our recently re-launched Mentorship Program! The current 2025 session kicked-off on May 27th and will run through February of 2026 and consists of a diverse group of business owners and leaders at varying stages of their entrepreneurial journey. The 2026 session will start accepting applications later this Fall for mentees and mentors.
Breakthrough COO
Breakthrough COO works with BIPOC, female, and LGBTQ+ business owners who are ready to hand off day-to-day management of the business by offering Fractional Chief Operating Officer services. They serve as the strategic partner and second-in-command for visionary entrepreneurs who don’t currently need someone in the role full time.

Member business Flying Fur Software is a certified LGTB Business Entity® and a certified Emerging Small Business with the State of Oregon. They build web applications, desktop applications, and offer data cleaning and analytics, process automation, software as a service, and general software consulting.
