Join the ORPIB Foundation's Board of Directors

The ORPIB Foundation is seeking committed, values-aligned leaders to join our Board of Directors and help advance economic opportunity for LGBTQIA2S+ entrepreneurs and professionals across Oregon and Southwest Washington.

As the charitable arm of Oregon Pride in Business (ORPIB), the Foundation focuses on education and programs that remove barriers to economic stability and growth for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.

Board members play a vital role in stewarding the Foundation’s mission and long-term sustainability. Responsibilities include strategic and fiduciary oversight, fundraising support, and serving as ambassadors for the Foundation within the broader community. 

We are particularly interested in candidates with legal expertise—especially business law and estate planning—as well as experience in fundraising, finance, grant writing, public relations, and startup or consulting environments. We recognize that this experience may be gained through professional practice, community leadership, entrepreneurship, or lived experience, and we value the perspectives each brings to effective governance. 

Prior board experience is helpful but not required; a strong commitment to the Foundation’s mission and to collaborative leadership is essential.
