ORPIB Presents the Inaugural Rainbow Expo
Portland Queer Marketplace and Business Hub
September 25 + 26, 2026 at Social Good Place
4511 SE Main Street, Portland, OR, 97215
Celebrate the strength, creativity, and resilience of our community
This is a queer business showcase: a space to drive your sales, make connections that fuel business growth, and discover community resources for us all.
About Social Good Place
A Venue that Shares Our Values
Social Good Place is a creative hub for nonprofits, startups, and mission-driven organizations in Portland's Sunnyside neighborhood, offering affordable access to co-working, fiscal sponsorship, and community event space.
Rainbow Expo Location is a major asset.
Social Good Place sits steps from SE Hawthorne Boulevard and SE Belmont Street, two of Portland's most walkable and active commercial corridors, lined with independent shops and restaurants. For a free-admission public marketplace, that built-in neighborhood foot traffic means more eyes on every exhibitor and sponsor in the building.
The venue itself is a renovated church featuring a small auditorium, kitchen, gathering hall, and flexible workspaces. The Big Gay Marketplace will be located in a 40’x50’ tent in the parking lot outside. We are applying for permits to use the street for additional space as well.
Two days. Multiple spaces. Infinite impact.

Sponsor The Rainbow Expo
Your investment builds community.
We offer a range of named and tiered sponsorship packages starting at $500 designed to meet your goals while centering community impact. Each package places your brand at the heart of the experience while demonstrating authentic support for LGBTQIA2S+ communities. If you’re interested in sponsoring, complete the form below.
If you are interested in sponsorship, please fill out the sponsorship interest form above, or email fundraising@orpib.com.
Why Sponsor?
Sponsorship is more than visibility—it’s a meaningful investment in equity, access, and economic growth. Here are some ways your support can help make the expo a success.
Champion Entrepreneurs: Your sponsorship fuels a vibrant Rainbow Expo, amplifying LGBTQIA2S+owned businesses that deserve the spotlight.
Create Connection: Sponsor the Business Services Lounge and align your brand with the conversations, collaborations, and relationships that define the expo.
Empower Attendees: Help fund the Community Resource Hall so every participant leaves with practical tools, knowledge, and connections to succeed.
Advance Accessibility: Your support directly funds accessibility features such as ASL interpretation, dietary inclusive catering, and other inclusive services that ensure everyone can fully participate.
In-kind sponsorship is another meaningful way to invest in the Rainbow Expo without a cash commitment. If your business provides any of the following, your contribution directly reduces event costs. Services we are seeking include A/V rentals or services, private security, food & beverage, travel & lodging for out-of-town participants, and event photography/videography.
