Recognizing and Honoring Oregon's Black Drag Community

The ORPPIB Advocacy Committee’s letter in support of HR 3 has been submitted as a Floor Letter by Representative Travis Nelson, the first ever Black LGBTQIA+ member of the Oregon House, who represents District 44.
