ORPIB Is Coming Out!

Attention: due to the upturn in Delta variant COVID-19 cases, ALL attendees of ORPIB is Coming Out are required to show proof of vaccination at the door when they check in.

If you will not be fully vaccinated by Wednesday August 4, or do not have proof of your vaccination, let us know and we will refund your drink ticket purchase.

The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination: Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered) OR a photo of avaccination card as a separate document OR a photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device OR documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted. Event attendees vaccinated against COVID-19 by a two-dose mRNA vaccine (such as Moderna and Pfizer), or a single dose vaccine (such as Johnson & Johnson), are considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after the final dose of vaccine (the second dose for a two-dose regimen, or the single dose for a single-dose regimen). Documentation of vaccination status must be available upon request at any time.

Good to Know

• Parking in the Williams neighborhood can be tricky! We recommend arriving early and being patient as you find a spot– better yet, take public transportation, bike, or get dropped off!
• We are currently using their mezzanine level for this event, which lacks ADA accessibility. Please let us know if you have mobility concerns and we will move this event to an accessible space within the venue.
